Great central location up a stone staircase that gives it a uniquely secret and local feel, and all for a decent price. I had a room with a view on Fansipan (sadly also some noise from a nearby building site but not too bad). Big room and bathroom. Clean.

The restaurant at this hotel is excellent, even if you are not staying here you should try the restaurant.

outdated, broken safe and hairdryer, leaky bathroom, not enough towels. very basic and old

The location is near to the Sapa Lake, the Sapa Stone Church and the Sapa Bus Station.
